 Wassup y'all, as you know I am Youtber/ Social Media Influencer and with being a Youtuber you have to post consistently in order for your channel to grow. On Moday February 14, 2022, at 6pm I posted a video. The video was called "Fake College Basketball Scout Prank!" When I posted the video, I got the eyes everyone and I got some positive feedback and some negative feedback. When I checked on how the video was doing, the had got 300 views within 3 hours. But also, at the same time I have a lot of people blowing up my phone telling me to take the video down because I was going to get in so much trouble for it. So, this week we kept a journal log of how many times we used our phones or used social media and I'm not going to lie it was very hard to keep track because we do it so often, we don't realize how many times we are using our phones and its very scary. This week I learned the fear of activism and protesting on social media. Did y'all know that most people would rather give their opinion on the internet than rather go out in the streets and protest. People are afraid of going out and protesting because it is very dangerous, and they can possibly lose their life while doing so. Even sometimes people are afraid to even give their opinion on social because the backlash or the feedback they might receive back from their opinions and are afraid of getting judge by the public.
